Total Football Academy - Programme Organiser
We are a supplemental coaching, seasonal camps & 1-on-1s business operating in Wicklow & Wexford.
Eligible Ages
Players aged from 5 to 13 are eligible to participant in Friday Night Football.
Venue & Times
Sessions take place at Kane Group Build Park - Arklow (Y14 TW35) from 5:30pm to 6:45pm (75 mins) and 7:00pm to 8:15pm (75 mins).
Parent / Guardian & Camp Staff Communication
A WhatsApp group is used for ongoing communication relating to the programme.
Additional Communication
We may also share promotional content and messaging with parents / guardians (across email and / or WhatsApp) in relation to our other programmes & events from time to time.
Player Abilities
The FNF programme is open to players of all abilities and all club backgrounds.
Programme Purpose
This programme is designed to give players aged 5 to 13 detailed, structured & focussed coaching within a supplemental weekly session programme.
Leaving the Venue
Players are not permitted to leave the coaching venue at any point during the session's duration without Parent / Guardian permission.
Footwear & Attire
Players should wear attire suitable to play & train in, which must include football boots & shin guards. Rain jackets should also be brought in the event of rain being forecasted.
Hydration
Players should bring enough water to last the full session.
Sun Cream
Players should wear & bring sun cream to sessions where applicable.
Medical & Allergy Information
Parents / Guardians are asked to notify us of any medical, injury or allergy issues regarding their player.
Medications & Inhalers
Players should bring any medications and / or inhalers that they need during the session. Parents / Guardians are asked to notify us of any medications / inhalers taken or carried by the player.
Football for All (FFA) - Additional Needs Information
Parents / Guardians are asked to notify us of any additional needs that the player has.
Player Injuries, Accidents, Illnesses & Incidents during Camp
All minor injuries, accidents, illnesses & incidents will be notified promptly to parents / guardians and treated by the coaching staff during the session. Emergency services will be contacted immediately in the event of major injuries, accidents, illnesses or incidents to players.
Photography & Videography
A professional sports photographer & videographer will be present occasionally during the sessions to capture highlights & action shots of our players. These photos and videos will be shared to parents through the WhatsApp groupchat, and may also appear through social media, our website, or on printed promotional material.
Garda Vetting, Child Safeguarding Statement , Health & Safety Statement & Risk Assessment
All staff within the organisation maintain up-to-date FAI garda vetting & safeguarding. Our child safeguarding statement, health & safety statement and risk assessment can be requested by parents / guardians at any time.
Insurance
All programmes are covered by public liability insurance through Total Football Academy.
Lost or Stolen Items
Total Football Academy will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen during the session. It is highly recommended to leave any valuable items belonging to players at home during the session.
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Compliance
All data provided by parents / guardians to the organisation is held strictly under current general data protection regulations.
Payment
Players register for the programme in two ways: €10 per session or €50 for 6-session block. If two or more siblings are registered onto the programme, a 6-session block for both players is €45 each (€90 total). Fees are payable in cash at the beginning of each block.
Blocks & Attendance
When a 6-session block is purchased, players are registered for 6 sessions (not 6-weeks). Therefore, if players miss occassional sessions, session credits carry over to the following week.
